I did on Thursday morning.
After a phone call with Apple Tech Support and a date at the Genius Bar, it was confirmed.
The Death of a Hard Drive.
So here I am commandeering my brother and sister-in-law's computer for the moment to catch up a bit while I mourn the potential loss of March's photos and most recent documents. There's a chance a friend of ours will be able to retrieve the data so fingers are crossed for that.
I'm making a vow to do a weekly backup instead of monthly when I get back online. So, see you next week sometime with a shiny new hard drive, or in the meantime, on twitter.
